Colombia es un país en el cual cohabitan dinámicas rurales y urbanas bajo un escenario único dada sus características de ubicación geográfica que lo convierten en uno de los lugares más biodiversos del planeta. Lo rural está marcado además por dinámicas campesinas, indígenas y afro que asignan al territorio una relación específica de esta punta de Sudamérica con la agricultura. El presente trabajo
investigativo indaga entonces por las percepciones frente a la agricultura urbana en la comunidad de La Hilaria, Municipio de Condoto, Chocó, bajo un interés académico tanto por la relación entre el conflicto armado y su impacto en las dinámicas agrícolas, como por la visibilización de la identidad cultural afro en relación con los alimentos.
Colombia is a country in which rural and urban dynamics coexist under a unique scenario given its geographical location characteristics that make it one of the most biodiverse on the planet. The rural area is also marked by peasant, Indigenous and Afro dynamics that assign to the territory a specific relationship of this tip of South America with agriculture. The present investigative work then investigates the perceptions of urban agriculture in the community of La Hilaria, Condoto, Chocó, under an academic interest both in the relationship between the armed conflict and its impact on agricultural dynamics, and in the visibility of cultural identity. afro in relation to food.
