De la experiencia de los años recientes podemos concluir que presenciamos la configuración de una suerte de (des)orden mundial no muy estable y tampoco muy operativo; basta ver la incapacidad política para resolver algunos conflictos regionales y el enorme potencial conflictivo a nivel comercial y financiero en los centros de poder.
