dc.descriptionLos procesos de masificación de la educación superior que han tenido lugar en Argentina han hecho posible el ingreso de sectores pertenecientes a estratos sociales más bajos a las universidades. Si bien esta inclusión ha democratizado el acceso a la educación superior universitaria, en este nivel de enseñanza persisten aun desigualdades sociales en tanto condicionantes de las trayectorias educativas. Tomando este contexto como punto de partida y discusión, el presente estudio propone indagar acerca de las trayectorias universitarias de jóvenes en riesgo de vulnerabilidad residentes en el Gran Buenos Aires en instituciones públicas de gestión estatal del nivel de enseñanza superior universitario. En relación a las desigualdades sociales, en el presente trabajo, nos ha interesado explorar los modos en que éstas se imbrican en las trayectorias de los jóvenes entrevistados como factores que las habilitan y/o constriñen. El enfoque de la investigación ha sido principalmente cualitativo. Esta decisión refiere a que esta perspectiva nos permite dar con el relato de los protagonistas, sus experiencias, sentimientos, creencias y motivaciones. Más allá del énfasis en la estrategia cualitativa, plasmada en el uso de grupos focales y entrevistas en profundidad semi estructuradas, combinamos estas técnicas con la realización de encuestas autoadministradas con el objetivo de caracterizar a la población de estudio. Las tres técnicas utilizadas constituyen fuentes primarias que implicaron diseño, trabajo de campo y análisis. Este estudio pretende contribuir en el estudio de las trayectorias universitarias, indagando en torno a los factores que las habilitan y constriñen, profundizando en el rol de las tutorías universitarias en sus trayectorias. The processes of massification of higher education that have taken place in Argentina have made possible the entry to universities of sectors belonging to lower social. While this inclusion has democratized access to university education at this level social inequalities still persist as determinants of educational trajectories. Taking this context as a starting point and discussion, this study intends to inquire about the university trajectories of youth at risk of vulnerability residents in Greater Buenos Aires in public institutions of state management of university level higher education. On regards social inequalities, in the present study, we are interested in exploring the ways in which they overlap in the trajectories of young people interviewed as factors that enable and / or constrain them. The research focus has been primarily qualitative. This decision means that this perspective allows us to find the story of the subjects, their experiences, feelings, beliefs and motivations. Beyond the emphasis on qualitative strategy, embodied in the use of focus groups and semistructured interviews in depth, we combine these techniques with the realization of self administered surveys in order to characterize the study population. The three techniques are primary sources that involved design, fieldwork and analysis. This study aims to contribute to the study of university trajectories, inquiring about the factors that enable and constrain, delving into the role of university tutoring in their paths.es_ES
