| Description: | En este artículo se discute la conceptualización de la reciente etapa histórica en Argentina. Buscando ordenar el debate entre continuidad y cambio, se propone el uso del concepto de modo de desarrollo para organizar el análisis. Así, se sostiene que el período 2002-2015 compone una nueva fase del mismo modo de desarrollo vigente desde la última dictadura. Las continuidades estructurales que se detectan en las dimensiones económica y política a favor de los sectores más concentrados del capital se combinan con modificaciones relevantes en materia macroeconómica que permiten detectar novedades. Exagerar cualquiera de ambos rasgos constituye una caracterización sesgada del período. The article discusses the conceptualization of the recent historical stage in Argentina. Looking to order the debate between continuity and change, the use of the concept of development mode is proposed to organize the analysis. Thus, it is argued that the period 2002-2015 represents a new phase in the same development mode since the last dictatorship. Structural continuities that are detected in the economic and political dimensions in favor of the most concentrated sectors of capital are combined with some changes in macroeconomic matters. To exaggerate any of both features constitutes a biased characterization of the period. |
