| Description: | El presente artículo tiene como apuesta principal compartir una lectura crítica sobre el despojo y la restitución de tierras en Colombia, pensando especialmente en el compromiso histórico que tiene nuestro país de acabar con la acumulación por desposesión y restituir “desde” los pensentimientos de los despojados, aquellos territorios que llevan consigo la carga histórica de las generaciones que lo han habitado. El artículo se encuentra dividido en dos partes, la primera aborda una lectura sobre el proceso de acumulación del capital y la necesidad de encontrar nuevos territorios para su expansión y revalorización. La segunda parte, se enfoca en la complejidad del proceso de restitución de tierras como el punto de inflexión imprescindible para terminar con el conflicto social y armado y comenzar con el reto de la construcción de un país justo, humano y en paz. The following article aims to share with readers a category in which we have been working since a while ago: The Unloot (“El des-despojo”). We understand this category as an historic commitment, in our country, to put an end to acquiring by dispossession and to restitute, by counting on the thinkandfeellings (pensentimientos) of people divested of their properties (despojados), those territories that have the historical burden of those generations which have inhabited them. The article has been divided in two parts: the first part broaches a reading about the process of capital acquirement and the need of finding new territories in terms of expansion and revaluation. On the other hand, second part is focused on the complexity of the land restitution as the essential turning point in order to finish with the social and armed conflict, and to take on the challenge to build a fair and human country, in peace. |
