| Description: | El presente artículo analiza el despliegue de las políticas de democratización en las escue las argentinas entre 2006 y 2015 al configurar como objeto de trabajo a la convivencia escolar en articulación con los procesos de enseñanza y de aprendizaje desde una perspectiva institucional. A partir de la Ley Nacional de Educación Número 26.206 se generaron, en el sistema educativo argentino, un conjunto de políticas, programas, iniciativas y construcciones de normas y prácticas tendientes a democratizar los vínculos al interior de las
instituciones, en la enseñanza, en los aprendizajes, los modos de convivir, en el ejercicio de la autoridad y en la resolución de conflictos propios de la vida escolar. El trabajo se propone reconocer las condiciones institucionales que fueron generadas en este período, en el marco de diversos programas centrales del Ministerio de Educación Nacional hasta 2015 y aquellas que son requeridas en la actualidad para sostener un proceso democratizador ante
la desarticulación de estas políticas. This article analyzes the deployment of democratization policies in argentinean schools between 2006 and 2016 when setting as an object of work the school coexistence in articulation with the teaching and learning processes from an institutional perspective. Beginning with the National Education Law Number 26,206, a set of policies were set in the argentinean educational system, along with programs, initiatives and constructions of norms and practices tending to democratize the links within the institutions, the education, the teachings, the ways of coexisting, the exercise of authority and in the resolution of conflicts proper of school life. The paper proposes to recognize the institutional conditions that were generated in this period, within the framework of various central programs of the Ministry of National Education until 2015 and those that are currently required to sustain a demo- cratizing process against the disarticulation of these policies. |
