Felicito a usted y felicito a Colombia por tal producción, bella muestra del levantado criterio de usted, de su acendrado patriotismo y e su probidad política, virtud harto escasa esta última semana en los tiempos que atravesamos. Difícil, y aún temerario, podrá parecer la empresa acometida por usted, de echar un puente sobre el abismo que separa entre sí a los liberales y conservadores de Colombia. Mucho arriesga usted a que su voz sea como la de San Juan Bautista. |
