| Description: | Este artículo explora el potencial político de la conversación cívica online para la constitución de esferas públicas alternativas en Cuba. Se articula el análisis de los comentarios sobre migración en el sitio Cubadebate con un examen crítico del ambiente y contexto social más amplio en que los mensajes circulan, con el objetivo de identificar cómo los interlocutores definen problemas comunes, explicitan las premisas morales que sustentan sus opiniones y establecen una relación ética con la alteridad. This article explores political potentiality of online civic conversation for the constitution of alternative public spheres in Cuba. The analysis of the comments on migration in the Cubadebate site is articulated with a critical examination of the environment and the wider social context surrounding messages, in order to identifying how the interlocutors define common problems, how they explain moral premises supporting their opinions and how they establish an ethical relationship with otherness. Este artigo explora o potencial político da conversação cívica online para a constituição de esferas públicas alternativas em Cuba. Articula-se a análise de comentários sobre migração no site Cubadebate com um exame crítico do ambiente e contexto social mais amplo em que circulam essas mensagens, com o objetivo de identificar como os interlocutores definem problemas comuns, explicitam as premissas que sustentam suas opiniões e estabelecem uma relação ética com a alteridade. |
