| dc.description | El proyecto tranvía ha generado muchos problemas y conflictos en Cuenca, especialmente en la movilidad y el comercio. La obra demorada e invasiva complica la vida de los habitantes. Esta realidad contrasta con el discurso idealizado que acompaña el tranvía y que lo representa como solución a los problemas de tráfico, como tecnología moderna, sostenible y amigable. Este artículo intenta dar pistas para entender cuáles son los problemas del proyecto y por qué han ocurrido. Para ello, aplico un enfoque inspirado en la antropología de las infraestructuras y la teoría del actor-red. Así se puede visualizar la complejidad del proyecto, que implica un sinnúmero de actores humanos y no humanos, omitidos por el discurso oficial, que han influido en el proceso del tranvía y lo han modificado de manera considerable. | es_ES |
| dc.description | The tramway project has generated many problems and conflicts in Cuenca, especially concerning mobility and commerce. The delayed and invasive construction complicates the city dwellers' lives. This reality contrasts with the idealized discourse which accompanies the tramway and represents it as the solution to traffic problems and as a modern, sustainable and friendly technology. This article tries to give clues to understanding what the problems of the project are and why they have occurred. For that purpose, I implement an approach inspired by the anthropology of infrastructures and actor-network theory. That way one can visualize the complexity of the project which involves a myriad of human and non human actors, ignored by official discourse, but who have influenced the process of the tramway and have modified it considerably. | es_ES |
