dc.description	A través de un recorrido por el barrio de San Diego, en el corazón del Centro Histórico de Quito, el grupo cultural Zona Roja, un colectivo de hip-hop de la ciudad, nos muestra sus ocupaciones y desplazamientos en el espacio público de su barrio. El hip-hop tiene la particularidad de ser una manifestación que no necesita demasiados recursos económicos para llevarse a cabo; y por esta y otras razones es una de las prácticas culturales con mayor cantidad de adeptos en los barrios populares de Quito. Por medio del rap, el breakdance y el grafiti, muchos jóvenes se identifican, forman colectivos e intervienen en la ciudad. Los constantes mecanismos de segregación que viven los jóvenes se encarnan en los desalojos, prohibiciones, persecuciones y una estigmatización cotidiana. En este recorrido, los Zona Roja evidencian que la ciudad y sus políticas culturales, en barrios patrimoniales de la ciudad, no considera a todos los ciudadanos por igual.	es_ES
dc.description	Through a tour around the neighborhood of San Diego, in the heart of the Historic Center of Quito, the cultural group Zona Roja, a hip-hop crew from the city, shows us their occupations and shifts in the public space of its neighborhood. Hip-hop has the peculiarity of being a demostration that does not need too many financial resources to carry out, and for this and other reasons it is one of the cultural practices with larger number of adherents in the popular districts of Quito. Through rap, breakdance and graffiti, many young people are identified, form groups and involved in the city. Consistent mechanisms of segregation that young living is embodied in the evictions, prohibitions, persecutions and a daily stigmatization. On this tour, the Zona Roja shows the city and its cultural policies, in patrimonial districts of the city, does not consider all citizens alike.	es_ES
