dc.description	La necesidad de entender de una manera distinta el concepto de ciudad lleva hacia el estudio los procesos de segregación que existe en su cotidianidad, específicamente hacia comprender la marginación que existe en el diseño del espacio público de la ciudad de Cuenca hacia el grupo vulnerable afectado por la discapacidad visual. Se desarrollaron tres etapas, las mismas que tienen por objeto identificar y evidenciar la problemática en un área determina y proponer un diseño urbano-arquitectónico que permita potenciar el desarrollo y la autonomía de las personas no videntes y la ciudadanía en general.	es_ES
