dc.descriptionEste artículo analiza las características y efectos de la ejecución del Programa de Autogestión de la Vivienda (Ley 341/00) de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires desde principio de siglo hasta la actualidad y, por medio de esta política, el derrotero his- toriográfico de la disputa por la centralidad de los sectores populares. Para ello, el artículo problematiza la relación entre autogestión y el derecho a la ciudad a partir de la identificación de marcos de oportunidad y limitaciones que se presentaron en un contexto del neoliberalismo realmente existente.es_ES
