| Resumen / Abstract : | Este artículo tiene como propósito realizar un análisis sobre la Redistribución de las Riquezas y del Poder Político a partir de la aprobación de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela (CRBV) 1999, donde inicia una profunda transformación de la estructura del poder en el país, dando cabida al Poder Ciudadano, para trabajar en la cimentación del Socialismo Bolivariano del siglo XXI, mediante la transferencia de poder al pueblo, necesaria para contrarrestar la acumulación de corrupción e injusticias en el plano político, social y económico, como forma para cambiar a una Democracia Participativa y Protagónica. This article aims to make an analysis of the redistribution of wealth and political power from the adoption of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (Constitution) 1999, where he began a profound transformation of the power structure in the country , allowing for the Poder Ciudadano, to work on the foundations of the Bolivarian Socialism of the XXI century, by transferring power to the people necessary to counteract the accumulation of corruption and injustice in the political, social and economic terms, as a way to switch to one participatory democracy. |
