dc.description	Este artículo tiene como propósito realizar un análisis sobre la Redistribución de las Riquezas y del Poder Político a partir de la aprobación de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela (CRBV) 1999, donde inicia una profunda transformación de la estructura del poder en el país, dando cabida al Poder Ciudadano, para trabajar en la cimentación del Socialismo Bolivariano del siglo XXI, mediante la transferencia de poder al pueblo, necesaria para contrarrestar la acumulación de corrupción e injusticias en el plano político, social y económico, como forma para cambiar a una Democracia Participativa y Protagónica.	es_ES
