dc.descriptionEl objetivo principal de este artículo es describir y analizar el Desarrollo Económico medido en los índices de PIB y PIB per cápita, en el período reciente en Venezuela; sostenidos en la tesis López Maya-Lander (2009) sobre el ―Socialismo Rentista‖, pretendemos explicar el marco general de la Catástrofe Societal venezolana en el área del crecimiento económico; por otra parte, analizar como la emigración dentro del marco teórico explicado en Matthew Sanderson (2016), afecta y moldea al Desarrollo Económico mediante la pérdida del capital humano, con las consecuencias negativas en el crecimiento, la productividad y la formación de capital en el mediano plazo.es_ES
