In this interview, Daniel Feierstein, an Argentine sociologist with extensive experience in genocide studies, reviews the main themes of his iusconstructivist proposal and the contributions he has in sociology and law. After a brief tour of his personal history and intellectual concerns, Feierstein addresses the explanation of the psychogenetic development of the construction of moral judgment, taking as theoretical references Jean Piaget and Norbert Elías to reach the dilemma between positive law and the theory of natural law. Nesta entrevista, Daniel Feierstein, sociólogo argentino com ampla trajetória em estudos sobre o genocídio, repassa os principais temas da sua proposta iusconstrutivista e as contribuições que tem na sociologia y no direito. Depois de um breve percurso sobre sua história pessoal e preocupações intelectuais, Feierstein aborda a explicação do desenvolvimento psicogenético da construção do julgamento moral se baseando nos teóricos Jean Piaget e Norbert Elias para chegar à disjuntiva entre o direito positivo e a teoria do direito iusnaturalista. |
