| Description: | Este artículo analiza, desde una perspectiva comparada, los retos que afrontaron los excombatientes de la guerrilla colombiana Movimiento 19 de abril (M-19) y el salvadoreño Frente Farabundo Martí para la Liberación Nacional (FMLN) a la hora de conformar un partido político como una apuesta de participación ciudadana, tras su desmovilización en procesos de paz. Para alcanzar este objetivo se recurre a la revisión de fuentes secundarias. En primer lugar, se realiza una caracterización del contexto histórico y el desarrollo de ambas guerrillas. From a comparative perspective, this article analyzes the challenges faced by the members of M-19 (Colombian) and the FMLN (Salvadoran) guerrillas in the transformation into a political party, as a proposal of citizen participation after their demobilization in peace processes. In order to achieve these objectives, we did a secondary data review to characterize the historical context and the development of both guerrillas; then, we examined their transformation into a political party, specifying the motives and historical facts that influenced this transformation; finally, we determined the limitations, successes, and failures of this political proposal. Este artigo tem por objetivo trazer uma análise, a partir de uma perspectiva comparativa, dos desafios enfrentados pelos ex-combatentes da guerrilha (Movimento 19 de Abril) M-19 (Colômbia) e (Frente Farabundo Martí de Libertação Nacional) - FMLN (El Salvador) no período que formaram um partido político como meio de participação cidadã após sua desmobilização em seus respectivos processos de paz. Para atingir estes objetivos, foi fundamental a revisão de fontes secundárias bibliográficas. |
