| Resumen / Abstract : | A través del caso de las y los egresados de la Ingeniería en Innovación Agrícola en el municipio de Cuquío, Jalisco, México, este artículo explora las limitaciones y posibilidades de las y los jóvenes de incidir en el ámbito agrícola en el que habitan, el cual está dominado por lógicas agroindustriales que han promovido un supuesto desarrollo por medio del monocultivo de maíz. Through the case of the graduates of the Agricultural Innovation Engineering program in the municipality of Cuquío, Jalisco, Mexico, this article explores the limitations and possibilities of young people to influence the agricultural environment in which they live, which is dominated by agro-industrial logics that have promoted a supposed development through corn monoculture. |
