| Description: | Este artículo analiza las alianzas que el Estado busca establecer en los territorios, para articularse a procesos comunitarios desde una estructura vertical, bajo los ropajes de modelos participativos e inclusivos. Desde dos experiencias en la provincia de Imbabura, una sobre alianzas para manejo del agua y otra relacionada con circuitos alternativos de comercialización de alimentos, este trabajo examina: ¿cómo se negocian los conocimientos en los procesos de gobernanza territorial en la búsqueda de alianzas público-comunitarias? This article focuses on the alliances that the State seeks to establish on the territories with the aim to becoming an articulating agent of community processes, in a vertical structure under the guise of participatory and inclusive models. From two experiences in the Imbabura province, one about water management and the other related to alternative food commercialization circuits models, this work analyzes: how knowledge is negotiated in the processes of territorial governance and public-community alliances? |
