| Description: | En este artículo se realiza un diagnóstico de la digitalización deteniéndose en sus características conceptuales y después se centra en los efectos generales que afectan a la política, así como en sus retos. Se analiza el impacto de la digitalización en el terreno del demos, y si la inteligencia artificial puede ser el camino hacia la voluntad general tras cuestionar si hoy la política tiene que ver con el poder. Finaliza con una recapitulación de asuntos que pueden constituir una agenda de investigación del futuro inmediato. This article makes a diagnosis of digitalization by dwelling on its conceptual characteristics and then focuses on the general effects that affect politics, as well as its challenges. It analyzes the impact of digitalization in the field of demos, and whether artificial intelligence can be the path to the general will after questioning whether politics today has to do with power. It ends with a recap of issues that may constitute a research agenda for the immediate future. |
