The socio-formative approach represents a vital episteme to transform educational organizations, so it is essential to take into account the expectations and ideals of teachers with a managerial and pedagogical function, and, above all, the way in which said scheme of values affects the relationship of the subject with society. A abordagem socioformativa representa uma episteme vital para transformar as organizações educativas, pelo que é fundamental ter em conta as expetativas e ideais dos professores com função diretiva e pedagógica e, sobretudo, a forma como o referido esquema de valores afeta a relação do sujeito com a sociedade. |
