Resumen / Abstract :	El presente artículo de investigación pretende un acercamiento al problema referente al servicio proporcionado al cliente en agencias de viajes locales, para lo cual se toma una muestra aleatoria simple de investigación integrada por varias agencias de viajes de la ciudad de Ambato, Ecuador. El estudio relaciona el modelo de Kolb en la medición del servicio al cliente, realizado como parte metodológica el diseño estructural de la calidad del servicio mediante dicho esquema. This article research seeks a feasible solution to the problem related to the service provided to the client in travel agencies, taking as a simple random sample of several travel agencies of Ambato city in Ecuador, the study relates the Kolb model in measuring the customer service, carried out as a methodological part of the structural design of the quality of the service using the Kolb model.
