| Description: | En los actuales momentos la gestión de la preservación de archivos digitales ha desempeñado un papel dominante para evitar los desórdenes de documentos físicos. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio evaluativo para el diagnóstico y determinación de las principales incidencias en la gestión de la preservación de archivo digitales en el Registro de la Propiedad del cantón Portoviejo. Para realizar la investigación se hizo uso del método descriptivo y retrospectivo, adoptando un enfoque bibliográfico para el análisis de los elementos teóricos conceptuales del tema en cuestión, que sirvieron de base para definir la Gestión de la Conservación del Archivo Digital en el Registro de la Propiedad del Cantón Portoviejo, considerando el uso de los métodos histórico lógico con métodos cualitativos, los mismos que permitirán obtener datos referentes que ayuden a sustentar este trabajo. Nowadays, the management of the preservation of digital archives has played a dominant role in preventing physical document disorders. The purpose of this research is to carry out an evaluative study for the diagnosis and determination of the main incidents in the management of the preservation of digital archives in the Land Registry of the Portoviejo canton. To carry out the research, the descriptive and retrospective method was used, adopting a bibliographic approach for the analysis of the conceptual theoretical elements of the subject in question, which served as a basis to define the Management of the Conservation of the Digital Archive in the Property Registry of the Portoviejo Canton, considering the use of logical historical methods with qualitative methods, which will allow obtaining referential data that help support this work. |
