| Resumen / Abstract : | Esta investigación está comprendida dentro del tema de la educación a distancia y de las plataformas educativas que proporcionan soporte para las aulas virtuales del Profesorado Semipresencial. Los programas informáticos que dan soporte a las aulas virtuales contienen herramientas diversas que permiten el seguimiento del curso, contralores varios, incorporación de material didáctico, hipervínculos, etc., en particular hay un conjunto de analíticas educativas que brindan información sobre el comportamiento de los estudiantes durante su tiempo en plataforma. Las analíticas educativas son un haz de herramientas, muchas de ellas desatendidas por los profesores, o atendidas sobremanera, que son dignas de investigar en correlato con la actividad docente, de manera que se transforma en el objeto de este estudio, no la herramienta per se sino su utilidad y su utilización por parte de un sector del cuerpo docente que integra el Profesorado Semipresencial. Las herramientas de rastreo y seguimiento de actividades recolectan información muy variada sobre la conducta de los estudiantes adentro de las diferentes aulas virtuales. Estas conductas van generando una suerte de huella digital de la actividad del estudiante que vale la pena estudiar para entender como son los procesos de desvinculación e intentar mitigarlos. En esta tesis se investiga cuál es el nivel de experticia en el manejo de diferentes herramientas de rastreo y seguimiento de la plataforma virtual que utiliza el profesorado Semipresencial por parte de un grupo de docentes que se desempeñan allí, y cuáles son las acciones que se toman, en base a la información obtenida. This research is being used within the subject of distance education and educational platforms that guarantee support for virtual classrooms of the Blended Teaching Staff. The computer programs that support virtual classrooms contain various tools that allow monitoring of the course, various controllers, incorporation of teaching material, hyperlinks, etc., in particular there is a set of educational analytics that provide information on student behavior during his time on the platform. Educational analytics are a bundle of tools, many of them neglected by teachers, or highly attended, which are worth investigating in correlation with teaching activity, so that it becomes the object of this study, not the tool per se. but its usefulness and its use by a sector of the faculty that integrates the Blended Teaching Staff. The activity tracking and monitoring tools collect a wide variety of information about the behavior of students within the different virtual classrooms. These behaviors are generating a kind of fingerprint of the student's activity that is worth studying to understand what the disengagement processes are like and try to mitigate them. This thesis investigates the level of expertise in the management of different tracking and monitoring tools of the virtual platform used by the Blended teaching staff by a group of teachers who work there, and what the actions taken are. |
