| Resumen / Abstract : | El Valle de Uco (oasis Centro) en Mendoza (Argentina) se organizó a partir del uso del agua del río Tunuyán (tramo superior). En los últimos 30 años, la mencionada región experimentó un sostenido crecimiento en torno a lo que se conoce como la nueva vitivinicultura. Este proceso junto con otros de carácter exógenos impactaron tanto en el territorio como en el uso de los recursos naturales, conllevando también a un incremento de la conflictividad socio-ambiental. Esta situación invitó a analizar las complejidades y transformaciones del recurso hídrico de la zona de cara al futuro. The Uco Valley (Central oasis) in Mendoza (Argentina) was organized based on the use of water from the Tunuyán River (upper section). In the last 30 years, said region experienced a sustained growth around what is known as the new viticulture. These processes together with others of an exogenous nature have impacted both the territory and the use of natural resources, even leading to an increase in socio-environmental conflict. This situation invited us to analyze the complexities and transformations of the area’s water resources for the future. |
