dc.descriptionLa tesis aquí presentada indaga sobre la naturaleza y el sentido de las fábricas recuperadas por las obreras y obreros. Se trata de un trabajo que nutre desde las perspectivas etnográficas y reflexivas a la investigación-análisis estructural. Tiene por objeto desbordar lo que hasta ahora se ha presentado sobre las fábricas recuperadas: la sociodicea que desde afuera les aplica una atención unidireccional a las funciones político-utilitarias impuestas sobre esas experiencias históricas y sociales, reduciéndolas a una pobre manifestación de resistencia anticapitalista. Allí adentro pasan muchas más cosas del orden doméstico, simbólico, político, económico, social, etc. que complejiza la realidad y que obligan a recuperar los puntos de vista nativos, sus relaciones dialógicas con lo hecho y sus construcciones y deconstrucciones simbólicas sobre los aspectos más distanciados de lo estrictamente productivo, económico y político. Todo lo cual demanda, además, hallar críticamente los indicios que nos guíen hasta encontrar una respuesta, aunque sea aproximada, a la doble pregunta ¿Qué es una fábrica recuperada por las trabajadoras y los trabajadores y qué nos están diciendo mediante esta novedosa alegación? This thesis inquires about the nature and sense of factories recovered by their workers (workers self-management). This is an investigation that nurtures not only the ethnographic and reflexive perspectives, but also the structural investigation and analysis, among other things. It aims at going beyond the concept of what, up to now, has been known as “recovered factories”: The ideological analysis that applies, from the outside, a unidirectional attention to the political - utilitarian functions imposed on those historical and social experiences, reducing them to a poor expression of anti-capitalist resistance. A lot of domestic, symbolic, political, economic, social and other kinds of things happen there, which make the reality complex and compel us to recover the native points of view, the capacity of discussion in relation to the facts and their symbolic constructions and deconstructions on the aspects that are far from the strictly productive, economic and political issues. Besides, all these issues demand us to find the clues to guide us towards an answer, even if it is not accurate, to the double question: What is a factory recovered by its workers and what are they telling us with this new allegation?en
