| Description: | El artículo de investigación reflexiona en torno a los dos temas centrales a los que se refiere la reforma judicial feminista, presentando algunos de los obstáculos en su realización, pero también elementos sobre los que apoyarse para reacomodar las estrategias. Finalmente, a partir del marco normativo, en particular en la Ley Micaela, presenta una propuesta idealista a la que podríamos aspirar. The article reflects on the two central themes to which the feminist judicial reform refers, presenting the obstacles in its realization, but also information on which to rely to rearrange the strategies. Finally, based on the regulatory framework, particularly in the Micaela Law, it presents a more idealistic proposal than the one we could ever aspire. |
