| Description: | El objetivo de esta tesis de maestría consiste en realizar un análisis de la Ley Nacional Nº26.657 de Salud Mental, a la luz de los enfoques de las Bioéticas Feministas, Bioética del Cuidado, Bioética de Derechos Humanos y Bioética de Intervención. A partir de fuentes bibliográficas, documentos y artículos de difusión masiva, se identifican las dimensiones bioéticas subyacentes a la ley, se elaboran argumentos para su análisis y se discuten puntos de controversia que han surgido en relación a la ley y/o su implementación. Las dimensiones bioéticas identificadas y examinadas fueron autonomía y consentimiento informado, vulnerabilidades, justicia, equidad, cuidado, opresión, beneficencia y ética de la salud pública. The objective of this master's thesis is to conduct an analysis of National Law No. 26,657 on Mental Health, in light of the approaches of Feminist Bioethics, Care Bioethics, Human Rights Bioethics, and Intervention Bioethics. Using bibliographic sources, documents, and widely disseminated articles, the underlying bioethical dimensions of the law are identified, arguments are developed for its analysis, and points of controversy that have arisen regarding the law and/or its implementation are discussed. The identified and examined bioethical dimensions include autonomy and informed consent, vulnerabilities, justice, equity, care, oppression, beneficence, and public health ethics. |
