| Description: | Este artículo examina las evidencias encontradas en la escena del crimen, analizando el valor probatorio, la comprensión del desarrollo de los eventos y las circunstancias que rodean el Delito. En la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, las evidencias colectadas constituyen elementos forenses de interés criminalístico claves y evidencias físicas para ser presentadas y debatidas en los Juicios Penales. Los métodos utilizados para obtener estas evidencias son primordiales y de vital importancia para evitar su contaminación y obtención de resultados engañosos. This article examines the evidence found at crime scenes, analyzing their probative value, understanding the course of events, and the circumstances surrounding the crime. In the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the collected evidence constitutes key forensic elements of criminalistic interest and physical evidence to be presented and discussed in criminal trials. The methods used to obtain this evidence are paramount and vitally important to prevent contamination and misleading results. This research aims to analyze the forensic evidence collected at crime scenes and offer potential contributions to fieldwork. |
