dc.descriptionEnmarcada en la Maestría en Género, Sociedad y Políticas del Programa Regional de Formación en Género y Políticas Públicas (PRIGEPP) de la Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO), esta investigación constituye un estudio sobre las políticas públicas en torno a la Trata de Personas en la Provincia de Misiones. El recorte temporal abarca desde el año 2008, año en que Misiones adhiere a la Ley de Prevención y sanción de la Trata de Personas y asistencia a sus Víctimas (Ley N° 26.364, 2008) hasta la formalización de este proyecto (2021). Considerando la vasta producción bibliográfica sobre la trata de personas con fines de explotación sexual, esta investigación se distingue por examinar cómo las políticas públicas implementadas en torno a esta problemática reflejan el funcionamiento del "Discurso del Amo", tal como lo conceptualizó Jacques Lacan. A partir de esta perspectiva, se busca identificar cómo este significante se inserta en la agenda internacional, las disputas interpretativas que genera, los saberes que se ponen en juego, y la figura del trabajador estatal, quien, a menudo, actúa sin comprender plenamente el propósito de sus acciones. En última instancia, se revela una paradoja: estas políticas terminan produciendo lo que intentan erradicar, es decir, esos cuerpos para el goce de la Trata de personas.es_ES
dc.descriptionFramed within the Master's Degree in Gender, Society and Policies of the Regional Program of Gender and Public Policy Training (PRIGEPP) of the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO), this research constitutes a study on Trafficking in Persons for Sexual Exploitation in the Province of Misiones. The temporal period covers from the year 2008, when Misiones adheres to the Law for the Prevention and Punishment of Trafficking in Persons and Assistance to its Victims[1] (Law No. 26,364, 2008) until the formalization of this project (2021). From the vast bibliographic production on human trafficking for sexual exploitation, this research is distinguished by examining how the public policies implemented around this issue reflect the functioning of the 'Master's Discourse,' as conceptualized by Jacques Lacan. From this perspective, the aim is to identify how this signifier is inserted into the international agenda, the interpretative disputes it generates, the knowledge at play, and the figure of the public worker, who often acts without fully understanding the purpose of their actions. Ultimately, a paradox is revealed: these policies end up producing what they aim to eradicate, that is to say, those bodies for the enjoyment of human trafficking.es_ES
