| Description: | Introducción: para el año 2023, se registraron 36 contextos de conflicto armado y en su mayoría conflictos intraestatales con dinámicas regionales y nacionales, la cifra más alta desde 2014, lo que sugiere la necesidad de modelos de paz que se adapten a las particularidades de cada conflictividad. La paz liberal, impulsada tras la Guerra Fría, se basa en la implementación de instituciones democráticas y economías de mercado, pero ha sido criticada por su enfoque perceptivo y su incapacidad para adaptarse a las realidades locales. Introduction: by 2023, there were 36 contexts of armed conflict and mostly intra-state conflicts with regional and national dynamics, the highest number since 2014, suggesting the need for peace models that are adapted to the particularities of each conflict. Liberal Peace, promoted after the Cold War, is based on the implementation of democratic institutions and market economies, but has been criticised for its prescriptive approach and its inability to adapt to local realities. |
