Resumen / Abstract : Este informe fue preparado como parte de la primera fase de un nuevo Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD) iniciativa global sobre Igualdad de Género en la Administración Pública (GEPA). Es un esfuerzo conjunto de GenderTeam y Grupo de Gobernabilidad Democrática en el PNUD La publicación del informe se llevó a cabo bajo la dirección de Randi Davis, Director, A.I., del Equipo de Género, y Patrick Keuleers, Director, A.I., de la Gobernabilidad Democrática Grupo.
