| Description: | El artículo se propone develar algunas de las paradojas resultantes de la nueva Constitución boliviana, especialmente las que se derivan a) de la destitución de la división tradicional entre pluralismo fuerte y pluralismo débil, b) de la duplicidad de poderes que supone el ejercicio de una ciudadanía indígena que se expresa a nivel individual y comunitario y c) de la posibilidad de alterar el funcionamiento del Estado como medio privilegiado de realización del capital económico y de
los tradicionales intereses privados. The article proposes to unveil some of the paradoxes resulting from the new Bolivian Constitution, especially those deriving from a) the end of the traditional division between strong and weak pluralism, b) the duplication of powers that presupposes the exercise of an indigenous citizenry that expresses itself at the individual and community level, and c) the possibility of altering state functioning as a privileged undertaking open to economic capital and traditional private interests. |
