dc.descriptionEste artículo tiene dos objetivos, el primero develar el contenido ideológico que, desde la academia y desde el “complejo desarrollista”, se ha venido incorporando al concepto de desarrollo. Esto ha conducido a la mistificación esencialista de esta noción hasta elevarla al nivel de dogma de la narrativa de la modernidad. La segunda meta es revisar críticamente la relación entre desarrollo y cultura en el campo del modelo hegemónico del desarrollo para denunciar el carácter etnocéntrico de dicha relación y avanzar las posibilidades y límites del etnodesarrollo como modelo alternativo.en
dc.descriptionThis article has two objectives. The first is to reveal the ideological content that has become part of the concept of development. Whether it originates from academia or from the “developmentalist complex”, this ideology has led to the essentialist mystification of the notion of development, to the point of becoming a dogma in the narrative of modernity. The second challenge is to critically examine the ethnocentric relationship between development and culture in the hegemonic model of development. Its aim is to clarify the limits and possibilities of ethnodevelopment as an alternative.-
