Description:	Las tecnologías han ingresado en casi todos los ámbitos de la vida del hombre; sobre todo en el campo educativo. Nuevos elementos se han introducido a nivel educativo para dar oportunidad de formación a más ciudadanos eliminando así las barreras que pueden existir de tiempo, de espacio y distancia. Hoy en día existen muchas universidades que ofrecen cursos virtuales, ya que ven en el e-learning, una alternativa para gestionar el conocimiento. Por esta razón el desarrollo del presente trabajo constituirá una propuesta no solo de gran envergadura para el proceso de municipalización de la educación superior impulsado por la Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela sino para su proceso de formación en sí. Haciendo un uso eficiente de las plataformas de aprendizaje, estas se pudieran emplear en cualquier programa de Formación de Grado que requiera ofrecer una alternativa diferente a la presencial de formación académica y que además dicha implementación pudiera ayudar a solventar los problemas ocasionados por la distribución de espacios físicos y la escasez de docentes de áreas específicas. Muchas veces acontecidos en lugares muy distantes geográficamente de las sedes, y con características muy peculiares respecto a la cultura, idioma, etc. Technologies have entered almost every sphere of human life, especially in the educational field. New elements have been introduced at school to give training opportunities to more citizens by eliminating the barriers that may exist from time, space and distance. Today there are many universities offering online courses as they see in the e-learning, an alternative to managing knowledge. For this reason the development of this work will be a proposal not only large in the process of municipalization of higher education promoted by the Bolivarian University of Venezuela but for the training process itself. Making efficient use of learning platforms, these could be used in any undergraduate training program that requires it and want to offer an alternative in addition to help solve the problems caused by the distribution of physical space and the shortage of teachers in specific areas. Often occurred in geographically distant locations of the venues, and very peculiar about the culture, language, etc.
