El aporte fundamental de esta obra es la incitación a adentrarnos en la comprensión de una narrativa marginal, loca y afeminada. Si de entender a sujetos que viven una vida al margen de toda normatividad sexual y de género se trata, las obras de Lemebel constituyen un material valioso para comprender estas experiencias.
