Description
El conflicto democrático, en pos de mayor participación e igualdad sociales, se ha ido transformando en “conflicto neoliberal” generador de exclusión y mayor desigualdad. La implementación de gobiernos y políticas “oligarcas” en regímenes democráticos destruyen progresivamente la democracia, pero sin llegar a eliminarla completa y definitivamente, con la finalidad de garantizar la reproducción del modelo neoliberal.
