| Description: | En este artículo se presenta una revisión crítica de la propuesta del sumak kawsay,
suma qamaña o buen vivir, subrayando su indefinición conceptual, la idealizada concepción
del mundo rural andino en la cual parece inspirarse y su falta de coherencia
con las políticas macroeconómicas impulsadas hasta el momento por los Gobiernos
boliviano y ecuatoriano. A critical review is presented in terms of the proposal for sumak kawsay, suma qamaña, or buen vivir (good living), highlighting its conceptual indefinition, the idealized conception of Andean rural world in which it seems to be inspired on and its lack of coherence with the macroeconomic policies promoted to-date by the Bolivian and Ecuadorian governments. |
