This thesis focuses on the paradoxes of the inclusion of the young in the Argentinean education system (escuela media). The research is based on the psychoanalytic theory, but it also presents a transdisciplinary approach. From the convergence of three dimensions –subjective, socio-cultural and institutional-educational–, three “blind points” are identified in the lack of correspondence between the inclusive educational politics and their educational effects: the teachers’ shock due to the massive access of young students with new profiles, the act of making the students responsible for the difficulties the teachers have to carry out their teaching duties and their mutual questionings that fail because of alternating spells of omnipotence and impotence. The object of study is the subjective position of the teachers in the educational bond. The analysis aims at considering four “experiences” as “lessons” (lecciones). The methodology is based on the evidential paradigm (Ginzburg, [1986] 1994). This paradigm helps to construct a transdisciplinary exercise that involves one notion from pedagogy, the notion of educational bond (Herbart, [1806] 1983; Núñez: 2003), and two notions from psychoanalysis, the theory of the four discourses (Lacan: 1969-1970) and the concept of transference (Freud, 1900-1925; Lacan, 1953, 1964, 1967, 1969-1970). From the analysis of the experience, four explanatory hypothesis about the conditions that make easier the inclusion of the students in the educational bond are presented: the transference that establish the educational subject in a social bond; the modality “behind the scene” that makes the inclusion of students easier when they are reluctant to accept the bureaucratic and stigmatizing discourse from the school; the reticular transference that impels desire and interest when apathy predominates; the dialectics between pedagogical devices through evanescent mediations, that lessens the difficulty of the teacher’s tasks with students subjects that have suffered indifference, rejection and/or victimization. It is concluded that an anti-segregation sequence exists which makes it possible to interpret and interrupt the “blind points” that operate in the three paradoxes and that show the logic that teachers use to conquer new attitudes that preserve the educational function. The evanescent mediation between teachers and students facilitates the withdrawal of defensive positions in the students and the removal of censorship in the teachers. This sequence challenges the public politics of inclusion with the approach of an anti-segregation strategy which considers the educational subject and the agent of education at the same time.
