a partir de una revisión a los escenarios más violentos de la Política Federal de Guerra Contra el Narcotráfico 2006 -2012 (PFDGCN). Estos muestran la de ciencia de un modelo histórico inteligencia unilateral, personificado por el Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública, que no fomentó el desarrollo de una mayor
cohesión social cotidiana como estrategia.
Los casos presentados se retoman en función de la indiferencia social cotidiana que existió respecto a la operación de cuerpos del crimen organizado en los rubros de monitoreo y redes de comunicación informal usadas para la creación de los escenarios más violentos de la PFDGCN. Asimismo se analizan a la luz del concepto de delito propuesto por Emilio Durkheim en el contexto de igualdad que implica el siglo XXI. This article discusses some challenges and reflections related to the area of intelligence in Mexico from a review of the most violent scenarios of the Federal Policy War Against Drug Trafficking from 2006 to 2012 (PFDGCN) are presented. ese show the deficiency of one historical model of unilateral intelligence personified by the National System of Public Security, which did not generated the development of greater social cohesion like strategy every day. The cases presented are taken up according to the daily social indifference that existed in relationship to the operation of bodies of organized crime in the areas of monitoring and informal communication networks used for the creation of the most violent scenes of PFDGCN. Also discussed in the light of the crime concept proposed by Emile Durkheim in context of equality that implies the twenty one century. |
