dc.description¿Las lógicas securitarias deben guiar las reformas legislativas que afectan al órgano de investigaciones criminalísticas? ¿Estas deben afectar también la dirección que ejerce el Ministerio Público sobre la investigación penal? ¿El órgano de investigaciones debe ser considerado como una Policía más? O, por el contrario, ¿tiene características propias que le diferencian de la institución policial? ¿La investigación penal debe ser entendida como parte del servicio de Policía o como una fase del proceso penal? En este trabajo se intentan hacer estas reflexiones desde el contexto venezolano, analizando críticamente la reciente legislación que ha introducido modi¬ficaciones en estas materias.es_EC
