Description:	El derecho internacional 218/1995 crea problemas entre la Ley de derecho internacional privado y la normativa internacional. El Art. 3º co.2 de la Ley parece haber operado un sistema de extensión de la jurisdicción mediante la aplicación del Convenio de Bruselas con respecto a aquellos sujetos que no presentan una relación con los Estados partes.
