| dc.description | La actuación política discursiva de los actores políticos en el gobierno venezolano muestra una evidente inclinación sobre el proceso de legitimación de acciones en respaldo a la “mayoría popular” votante a favor del oficialismo. Esta situación refleja una significativa desviación sobre la posibilidad de dar cabida a la expresión de las “minorías” o bien a cualquier tipo de emergencia opositora y/o crítica a las pautas ideológicas que el gobierno quiere vislumbrar como calificativo de un Estado constitucionalmente plural. El objetivo fundamental de esta investigación es analizar las bondades y limitaciones de este popularizado concepto “Principio de la Mayoría” a partir de la base teórica del filósofo Norberto Bobbio, y con él plantear la necesidad de levantar alertas civiles que se conviertan en frenos ante las arbitrariedades y velos encantadores de las promesas políticas partidistas por parte del gobierno chavista. Este artículo es de corte analítico-descriptivo con énfasis en los criterios hermenéuticos ante la realidad social. Se divide en tres grandes secciones que permiten una contextualización de lo que puede entenderse como “principio de la mayoría” aplicado a la práctica política venezolana, seguido de una exposición teórica del concepto y finalmente el planteamiento bobbiano sobre las alertas a esta práctica del poder. | es_EC |
| dc.description | The discursive political action of political actors in the Venezuelan government show a clear inclination toward the process of legitimating actions in support of the “popular majority” that votes in favor of the ruling party (officialism). This situation reflects a significant deviation from the possibility of accommodating expression of the “minorities” or any kind of movement that opposes and /or criticizes the ideological guidelines that the government wants to envision as qualifiers for a constitutionally plural State. The fundamental aim of this article is to analyze the advantages and limitations of this popularized concept, “the majority principle,” based on the theory of the philosopher, Norberto Bobbio, and with this, to express the need to raise civil alerts that become brakes in the face of the arbitrariness and lovely veils of partisan political promises made by the Chavist government. The article is of a descriptive, analytical nature, emphasizing hermeneutic criteria in the light of social reality. It is divided into three major sections that permit a contextualization of what can be understood as the “majority principle” applied to Venezuelan political practice, followed by a theoretical exposition of the concept and finally, Bobbio’s proposal regarding warnings about this practice of power. | es_EC |
