Description:	El presente ensayo busca reflexionar sobre los cambios recientes en el régimen político y sistema de gobierno mexicano y su impacto en el bienestar de la población. La tesis que se sostiene es que el régimen político, surgido de la transición democrática en México, se gestó sobre la base de organismos políticos (partidos) con campos organizacionales inestables, con programas políticos y prácticas no bien definidos, situación que no ha sido enfrentada eficazmente a través del esclarecimiento programático y la elaboración de reglas del juego ampliamente aceptadas entre sus miembros. Esta situación ha sido aprovechada por las élites políticas de todos los partidos, por el PRI y los sectores económicamente más poderosos, quienes han visto consolidado su posicionamiento económico y político en las dos últimas décadas. The present essay looks for to analyze about the recent changes in the political regime and Mexican government system and its impact in the well-being of the population. The thesis that is maintained is that the political regime, arisen from the democratic transition in Mexico, was developed on the base of political organisms (political parties) with unstable organizational fields, with not well defined practical political programs, situation that has not effectively been faced through programmatic elucidation and the elaboration of rules of the game widely accepted between its members. This situation has been taken advantage of by the political elites of all the parties, by the PRI and the sectors economically more powerful, that have seen consolidated their economic and political positioning in the two last decades.
