dc.description	Este artículo aborda la emergencia de ciertas aspiraciones ciudadanas y determinados procesos que han culminado desbordando las instituciones políticas. Se organizó bajo el siguiente esquema: (1) En torno a lo político y la política. Se destaca el tema de la politicidad de los movimientos sociales. (2) Breves antecedentes del contexto en América Latina. Repasando los antecedentes vistos desde la etapa de la transición en la región. (3) ¿Dónde quedaron los partidos políticos? Para describir la situación de los partidos. (4) La sociedad civil y algunos desarrollos en América Latina. Se analizan tres casos de Sudamérica: el de Brasil, Colombia y Perú. Este texto nos guía hacia situaciones que aportan claves para el entendimiento de los diversos conceptos y problemas sobre las transformaciones políticas y la sociedad civil en América Latina.	es_EC
dc.description	This article addresses the emergences of certain citizen’s aspiration and determined processes that have culminated to overflowing political institutions. It was organized under the following scheme: (1) Around the political and the politic. Highlighting the theme of the politicity of social movements. (2) Brief background of the context in Latin America. A review of the background from the transition phase in the region. (3) Where are the political parties? It describes the situation of the parties. (4) Civil society and some developments in Latin America. For this topic three cases of South America were developed: Brazil, Colombia and Peru. It is a text that contributes to the understanding of various concepts and issues concerning the political transformations and civil society in Latin America.	es_EC
