Si este hecho se ha realizado en la forma que públicamente se refiere, entraña un atentado injustificable, que debe perseguirse con imparcialidad y celo, para el condigno castigo de quien lo hubiese autorizado, atropellando así las leyes y la autoridad del Gobierno. |
