dc.description	Venezuela lleva los cuatro años del gobierno de Nicolás Maduro con el peor desempeño económico en toda América Latina y el Caribe. Desde el 2013 al día de hoy, ha sido de retroceso económico continuado, y con perspectivas similares para el presente año. En este artículo de investigación, se presenta en un marco comparativo un análisis de los últimos cuatro años de Venezuela, país que presenta la inflación más alta del mundo, así como el mayor riesgo país para la inversión extranjera, déficit fiscal de dos dígitos por sexto año consecutivo, las reservas internacionales más bajas en todo el período chavista. En este contexto se analiza la situación laboral venezolana, teniendo en cuenta tanto las protestas sociales como el militarismo que dicho país presenta.	es_ES
dc.description	Venezuela takes the four years of Nicolás Maduro’s government with the worst economic performance in Latin America and the Caribbean. From 2013 to today, it has been a continuous economic recession, and with similar prospects for the current year. In this research article, an analysis of the last four years of Venezuela, the country with the highest inflation in the world, is presented in a comparative framework, as well as the greater country risk for foreign investment, double digit fiscal deficit by sixth consecutive year, the lowest international reserves throughout the Chavista period. In this context, the Venezuelan labor situation is analyzed, taking into account both the social protests and the militarism that the country presents.	es_ES
