dc.description	Esta investigación trata sobre la estructuración de los conglomerados industriales en el sur de Quito, el proceso de expansión de la ciudad y sus nuevas necesidades relacionadas al sector productivo, la tendencia de la localización de la industria frente a la transformación de la ciudad y los aspectos teóricos sobre la manufactura y su entorno urbano. El objetivo general de la investigación es: estudiar la influencia de las actividades industriales urbanas de la Administración Zonal Quitumbe en su entorno inmediato. El estudio de las relaciones entre la distribución de la manufactura dentro del territorio con su entorno involucra tres actores principales: el gobierno municipal, la comunidad y el sector industrial. Esta investigación estudia estas tres variables y plantea un modelo de gestión de acuerdo a las necesidades actuales de cada una.	es_ES
dc.description	This research focuses on the structuring of industrial conglomerates in the south of Quito, the process of expansion of this city and its new needs related to the productive sector, the trends related to the location of the industry in the face of its transformation, and the theories behind manufacturing and its urban environment. The general objective of this research is to study the influence of industrial activities in the Quitumbe Zonal Administration and its surrounding. The study of the relationship between the distribution of manufacturing within the territory and its environment involves three main stakeholders: the municipal government, the community and the industrial sector. This research studies these three variables and proposes a management model according to their current needs of each stakeholder.	es_ES
