dc.description	El derecho a la vivienda se encuentra contemplado y protegido no sólo en nuestra Constitución Nacional y normativa interna sino también en el Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos a través de tratados que Argentina ha ratificado. Así, es amplio el plexo normativo que compromete al Estado Argentino a avanzar en una agenda clara y progresiva de políticas públicas con enfoque de derecho humanos que tienda a garantizar el derecho fundamental a una vivienda digna en su población. En el presente trabajo abordaremos, en primer lugar, qué significa que una política pública tenga un enfoque de derechos humanos, cuáles son los principios rectores que deben guiar el accionar del Estado a tal fin y cuáles son aquellos principios específicos para las políticas sociales. Por otra parte, planteamos cuál es el rol que juega el Poder Judicial en el ciclo de las políticas públicas, así como en qué consiste su responsabilidad tanto internacional como doméstica vinculada a ellas. Analizamos también aquí algunos casos emblemáticos que conforman la jurisprudencia de nuestra Corte Suprema respecto al vínculo entre las políticas públicas y la protección del derecho a la vivienda, su evolución, contradicciones, así como algunas cuestiones críticas y desafíos. Si bien la cantidad de casos puede no ser tan amplia y variada como en relación a otros derechos sociales, sí han consolidado una jurisprudencia con cierta consistencia con muchos interrogantes técnicos y políticos para desentrañar. The right to housing is contemplated and protected not only in our National Constitution and internal regulations, but also in International Human Rights Law through treaties that Argentina has ratified. Thus, the normative plexus that commits the Argentine State to advance in a clear and progressive agenda of public policies with a human rights approach that tends to guarantee the fundamental right to decent housing in its population is broad. In this paper we will address, first, what it means for a public policy to have a human rights approach, what are the guiding principles that should guide the State’s actions to that end, and what are those specific principles for social policies. On the other hand, we set out what is the role played by the Judiciary in the cycle of public policies, as well as what its international and domestic responsibility consists of. We also analyze here some emblematic cases that make up our Supreme Court’s precedents, regarding the link between public policies and the protection of the right to housing, its evolution, contradictions, as well as some critical issues and challenges. Although the number of cases may not be as wide and varied as in relation to other social rights, they have consolidated a jurisprudence with a certain consistency that allows many technical and political questions to be unraveled.	es_ES
