La educación es fundamental en el desarrollo del ser humano, en la que el docente ejerce gran importancia como mediador de conocimientos, cultura y valores sociales, por lo tanto, se hace necesario contar con docentes dispuestos a transformar la educación, ya que somos los actores permanentes del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje.
